Steps in the recruitment process by (Dawam) application for companies:
•Registration in the application in the name of the company ,and all the required data are specific to the facility that is going to be registered.
• The vacancy announcement is made by clicking on the "Add a job" icon and selecting the job type, part- time or full-time.
•Then fill in the details of the vacancy such as (job title, job role, required skills, details, qualifications, gender, age ... etc).
• After adding the job and publishing it, it appears on the candidates page, accordingly they can apply for the suitable job for them .
•It is possible to search for employees through the"Search" box and use the search filter to easily and quickly obtain the requirement.
• The employer can communicate with the candidates directly through instant chat, whether by researching the CVs or by checking the people who applied for the jobs offer.
